Back then, under the ATC name, we'd press oils by hand, pick only the top seeds, and skip all the extras. Local folks started trusting us because they could taste the difference - pure stuff beat any quick fix every time.

Years rolled by, business got bigger, but we never changed up. Still sourcing those quality seeds, pressing oils just right, and only making what we'd feed our own kids at home.
